TERMS OF BUSINESS

 

In view of GDPR: our Privacy Policy Statement.

  For our existing clients we hold your name, postal and email addresses and in some cases your phone number.

 

On occasion we will send details of items that might be of interest to you.

 

Please email us if you wish your personal details to be removed from our records and therefore want to opt out of receiving our services.

 

For a new client we will refer you to the above statements and ask if we have permission to store your details.

 

Terms of Business: All items are offered subject unsold on 7 days approval against payment with order for UK clients and 14 days approval for overseas clients. Payments from overseas clients can be made by International/Telegraphic Transfer-our bank details are available on request. A full refund less postal charges is guaranteed provided the item is received back in the same condition as originally supplied and within the above time periods. Deferred terms, with no interest charges, can be arranged.

 

Certificates of Authenticity: A number of our stock items are sold with certificates. Provided we are informed by the client at the time of purchase that the item is to be submitted for certification, in the unlikely event that the item does not obtain a certificate of authenticity, excepting comments re condition, we will refund not only the full purchase price of the item incl. postage, but also full certification costs.  

 

Buying: If you have any single items or collections of material from the pre-stamp or Victorian period which you would like to sell, do contact us. We would also consider part-exchange for quality material.

 

Payment by Credit Cards: Payment is accepted, through PayPal, by all major credit cards as detailed on our Home Page. A charge of 2% of the total is made for this service.
